During this unprecedented time in facing the novel coronavirus pandemic, Anglia Homes has implemented measures designed to heed local and federal recommendations and to protect the safety of its employees, consultants, and homeowners.
At the present time, Anglia Homes is beginning the process of resuming normal business operations and is looking forward to completing any warrantable work for our Anglia Homeowners. Our Warranty Department is working diligently to review and address any repairs that have been submitted and continue to thank you for your ongoing patience. If you have already submitted a request in the last few weeks and it was suspended, a representative will be reaching out to you in the coming weeks to schedule inspections or repairs.
If you need warranty work performed, please submit a warranty request to our office for assessment. All requests will be addressed in the order that they are received, barring any emergency situation that may require immediate assistance. An emergency is a problem which seriously affects your ability to live in the home or one that if not addressed will result in significant damage to the home. By way of example, this could include water leaks, electrical problems, or issues with your air conditioning system. While we do not anticipate such conditions with your home, we know emergencies arise.
Please do note that Anglia Homes will make every effort to address warranty claims, however, it is possible given the pandemic and social distancing measures that necessary tradespeople will not be available or able to enter your private residence to perform work. While we hope this is not the case, it is a possibility we could encounter. We ask for your patience and understanding as we all try to do our very best during this unusual and difficult time.

Please fill out a Warranty Repair Request Form, completely, to ensure your request is processed accordingly. The form can be found in your blue warranty manual or here.
