Qualifications

  • Detail-oriented, and well organized with ability to prioritize
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with office staff, field personnel, vendors, and customers
  • Must be a team player with strong sense of urgency
  • Must have ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and adapt to special tasks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment with speed, precision and accuracy
  • Excellent organization, time management, and follow-up skills; high sense of urgency; ability to successfully handle multiple projects concurrently
  • Homebuilding experience will be preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (excel, word publisher, PowerPoint)

Description

  • Assist VP of Operations and Land along with corporate team with administrative duties, schedules, and follow up as needed
  • Prepare and/or review documents, plats and contracts
  • Maintain Community land inventory
  • Coordinate contractors, inspectors for completion of project
  • Business operations for the land development department
  • A/P related duties for Land Development items
  • Provides administrative, project, and office technology support to department leadership and team members
  • Compose letters, reports, emails, as needed
  • Work on projects delegated as required
  • Other duties as assigned
