Qualifications

  • Proficient computer skills including desktop computing systems hardware and software.
  • Problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with Windows computers
  • Experience with BuildPro and BRIX a plus
  • Experience with Office 365 required
  • Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work.
  • Associate Degree in IT related field preferred, but not required
  • Relevant technical training and/or certifications (e.g., Microsoft, A+, etc.) a plus
  • SQL knowledge and experience

Description

  • Provide first level hardware and software support to local and remote computer users
    Respond to and complete IT help request emails in a timely manner.
  • Fulfill hardware and software requests as assigned. 
  • Set up and move workstations as needed, including monitors.
  • Set up user/email accounts and troubleshoot issues of minimal complexity.
  • Perform other IT related duties as assigned by management,
  • Contribute to the continual improvement of departmental processes and tools
  • Review and audit company IT requirements
  • Troubleshoot basic telephone desk phone issues, such as password resets, voicemail mailbox resets, name changes, etc.
