Required Skills
- New home construction management experience with a volume home builder
- A genuine desire to find ways of implementing best practices, refining processes and tools.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Exchange, Excel, Outlook; DocuSign)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment with speed, precision and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent organization, time management, and follow-up skills; high sense of urgency; ability to successfully handle multiple projects concurrently
- Experience in negotiating with vendors
- Experience in BRIX and/or BuildPro is a plus

- Report to the Office/Community daily to adhere to schedule
- Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer and/or electronic device

- Ability to move around work environment including construction sites
- Comply with company policies and procedure
Physical Demands:
- The ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to climb stairs and ladders
