Any such communication will become the property of Anglia Homes, LP ("Anglia") and may be used for the purposes of disclosure, transmission, publication, development of prospects, project planning, and other things at the discretion of the company.

 

Electronic mail and form submissions made via our website are also the property of Anglia and may be used as deemed appropriate by the company. Use of our website in this manner gives Anglia permission to use the information as such. • Customer service or warranty related assistance

• Questions regarding a client’s Anglia home

• Questions regarding employment with Anglia; note, a job candidate will also be required to send a resume and information about their academic history and positions to which they are interested in applying

• Questions for our webmaster

 

Real estate agents that would like information regarding our communities, those that would like to conduct business with Anglia, and those with land for sale will be also required to provide the above mentioned information.

 

Sharing Information Collected on Our Website

 

By providing information on our website, the client gives permission to Anglia to share information among company members.

 

Tracking Devices, Including Cookies

 

Anglia reserves the right to use tracking devices, including cookies, on company websites. We use these tracking devices to benefit the client by allowing account login information to be stored, making it unnecessary for clients to login multiple times. These devices also track site activity to help Anglia better serve the client. Information collected by tracking devices includes length of time spent on the site, pages accessed, the site visited directly before logging onto the Anglia website, and information regarding a client’s Internet service provider.

Anglia reserves the right to make changes to the privacy policy. The client will be made aware of any changes made to this policy via a notice posted on our website. This notice will appear on the homepage and will remain there for at least three months to give clients ample notice of policy change.
